5. Product Delivery

Products requiring customization (strategy reports, brand analyses) will be delivered within 5–7 business days after you complete all required questionnaires.

5.3 Delivery Failures

If you do not receive your product within the stated timeframe, contact us at support@tcomaisecurity.com within 14 days of purchase.

• Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel any time; no prorated refunds for partial months
• Other Digital Products: No refunds once delivered
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days; access is revoked upon refund

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership

All content, materials, code, templates, and intellectual property are the exclusive property of TakeCareOfMy.com, protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

8.2 Support Limitations

We do NOT provide support for third-party software configuration outside our products, custom implementation beyond provided instructions, ongoing business consulting, or general business training beyond purchased products.

8.3 Third-Party Platform Changes

Our AI Asset protection system operates within third-party AI platforms including OpenAI's Custom GPT platform and Anthropic's Claude Skills. We monitor platform changes and issue security file updates. However, we are not responsible for disruptions caused by unannounced third-party platform changes. We will work diligently to resolve any such issues, but refunds will not be issued for service interruptions caused by third-party platforms outside our control.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided “AS-IS.” We do NOT guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or financial results; that methods will work for every situation; continuous uninterrupted access to third-party platforms; or that strategies will remain effective as technology evolves.

Your success depends on your implementation, effort, skills, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may also have rights to resolution through your local consumer protection authority or supervisory body, which these Terms do not limit.
